1. Title : Trizol reagent method for RNA extraction

2. Objective : poliovirus로 RNA를 Trizol reagent method를 이용해 추출하고, RT-PCR을 이용해 cDNA로 만든 뒤, PCR을 이용해 증폭시킨다.

3. Principle : RT-PCR을 하기위한 poliovirus의 RNA를 얻기위해서 Trizol reagent method를 이용해 poliovirus의 RNA를 분리하고 정제한다.

4. Method
1) Phase seperation : RNA 분리
① Add 0.8ml of Trizol reagent per 0.2ml of sample.
→ Trizol reagent에 포함된 페놀은 휘발성이 높은 인체에 유해한 독성물질이므로 냄새를 맡지 않고 조심히 다룬다.
② Vortexing 15sec X3 times.
③ Incubate 5min, RT
