`Introduction`

The Franchise system is a form that headquarters control markets tightly by contract of franchises. Franchise is getting effect of management such as enterprise under direct management by doing mutual cooperation and sharing functions by contract among independent operators having individual capital.
The contract of franchise includes rights associated with the sales. This contract permits trade names, logos, images, etc., and helps set of goodwill and gives license.
(2) The requirement for establishment of Franchise
The following requirements are for establishing of franchisees contract.
a. Permission of sales displays

Recently, Fair Trade Commission (FTC) defines franchise system as continuing commercial relationship: franchisees provide franchise deposit in compensation for supporting about business activities, management, sales cover to franchisor because the franchisor let franchisees use their trademarks, service marks, trade names, signs, other sales and they control and support about management that can sell quality standards.
