The experiment was about biosensor, especially glucose sensor. The glucose sensor can be used as a blood-glucose concentration meter. It consists of bioreceptor, transducer, detector. It is a device that converts biological signals into electrical signals. So we can easily measure blood-glucose concentration. Currently, there are a lot of diabetic patients and they are increasing. In the near future, there are reports that diabetic patients account for 10% of the adult population. So the outlook for the biosensor is good, and the glucose sensor is considered the most. It is simple to talk about the experiment. First, make 10mM of 10ml glucose solution with 0.1M phosphate buffer solution. Second, dilute the solutions to 1ml of 7.5, 5, 2.5mM. Third, measure the solutions with provided electrode. Finally, measure the blood with provided electrode. The experiment aims at understanding the theory of glucose sensor.
