Introduction
Now when consumers make a purchase decision, they expect their purchase to follow the way of self- realization. Therefore, consumers prefer the product of company which performs social responsibility, such as Hybrid-Car, eco-friendly products. Pulmuone co., Ltd is one of the companies that possesses this kind of disposition and it reflects the value of LOHAS (Life Style of Health and Sustainability), which equals its corporate mission. We see that this pattern of consumption trend will be widely spread all over the society and this is the reason we chose this company as our project object.

dations about the BSC of the Pulmuone. Through this process, we expecto to achieve clear perspectives about the features of BSC, especially in regard with LOHAS related company.
According to our examination on the BSC of the Pulmuone which we have drawn from `Sustainablity Management Report` of the company, Pulmuone is doing fairly well in decomposing its primary objectives into operating perspectives, and objectives in each perspective are being adequately translated into Critical Success Factors. Also, the company has been developing an outstanding navigation system on corporate-wide business process on daily bases. Furthermore, the BSC of the company never makes a miss in developing tools for evaluating intangible assets.
However, it seems that some supplementations are still needed to make the company perform better. Firstly, Pulmuone`s strategic objectives are highly desirable and literally ¡®inspirational¡¯, but it lacks clarity and seems too vague for both managers and emplo
