5개월 남아 내원 1주일 전부터 미열 동반한 기침, 가래, 콧물 있어 개인병원 방문하여 항생제 포함된 감기약 일주일 동안 복용 중 발열은 호전되었으나 내원 3~4일 전부터 설사 동반되며 내원일 기침, 수면장애, 쌕쌕거림, 보채는 등의 증상 심해져 외래 통해 입원함.
